SRX25492296: Genome sequencing
1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-T7) run: 17.9M spots, 5.3G bases, 3Gb downloads

Design: Whole genomic sequencing of four silkworm strains
Submitted by: Northwest Agriculture and forestry University
Study: Genome-wide association study of cocoon-producing traits in four silkworm strains
show Abstracthide Abstract
In this study, we identified 40 significant SNPs and 28 related genes which were related to cocoon shell weight, cocoon width and whole cocoon weight by genome-wide association analysis of four traits in four silkworm strains in Henan. These candidate genes may be related to silk production and silkworm immunity, and this study provides important information for understanding the genetic basis and breeding of silkworm production.
